My HP 6122 Printer Won't Pick Up Paper

1. Reset the printer by first turning it on, then unplugging all of the connections, including the power cord, from the back of the printer. Make sure to unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet as well.
2. Leave all of the connections undone for at least 15 seconds, then plug everything back in. Try printing again to see if the problem continues.
3. Remove the paper in the input tray. Remove any paper that is damaged or wrinkled, then replace the paper and adjust the guides to the paper's margins.
4. Unplug the printer's power cord, then open the back door by pressing on the tab on the left side. Clean all of the printer's rollers with a microfiber cloth dampened with distilled water. Allow the rollers to dry for 15 minutes, then replace the back door.
5. Click on 'File' in the program you were trying to print with, then select 'Print.' Click on the 'Properties' button, then click on the 'Paper/Quality' tab.
6. Click on the 'Size Is' drop-down menu and select the size paper you are trying to print on. Click on the 'Type Is' drop-down menu and select the type of paper you are trying to print on, then click on 'Ok' twice to try printing the document again.
