1. Make sure that the printer is not printing. Let any pending print jobs finish before you start this process.
2. Make sure that you have the correct size paper that you need. Know what size paper your printer takes so you do not try to load the incorrect size and cause a jam.
3. Make sure that the paper exit tray is extended out. This will give your print job a place to rest when finished.
4. Feed the paper manually through the paper support. This should be done at the speed the printer allows. Do not try to rush the paper through.
5. Watch the paper come out through the paper exit tray. Make sure it is not crooked or creased.
