How Do I Print Black and White Copies From a Color Printer?

1. Click on print in your software. The print dialog box should appear.
2. Choose your printer from the drop-down box at the top of the print dialog. Click on 'Properties'.
3. Check the gray scale or black and white box. Click 'OK'.
4. Click 'Print'.
