1. Turn off your Dell AIO 922 and remove any connections to the computer.
2. Turn on your computer and start Windows. Click on the “Start” button, then select “All Programs” then “Dell Printers.”
3. Click on the “Uninstall Dell Printer” option. A window will come up to confirm the uninstall. Click “Yes” to confirm. After the other Dell printers have been uninstalled, click “Yes, I Want to Restart my Computer Right Now.”
4. Wait for your computer to restart.
5. Open your internet browser and go to http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?journalid=82BA5E44E45EFF20E040AC0A66E91E15&docid=289475
6. Find the 922 printer driver download link, located about halfway down the page. Click on the link to start the download. Click on the “Save” button to save the printer drivers. In the “Save In” window select “Desktop” for the file’s destination. Wait for the file to download.
7. Open the 922 print driver file on your desktop. Select “Ok” and then “Yes to All” to overwrite previous files. Finally click “Ok” and follow the on-screen instructions to finish installing the printer’s drivers. Once the drivers are installed you will need to restart your computer again. When the computer has finished rebooting, plug the printer back into the computer and it will be ready for use.
