1. Flatten the envelope and use a pen to sharpen the crease at the ends of the envelope. If the envelope is not flat enough, the Canon Pixma MX330 may not print on it.
2. Open the paper support and the output tray. Paper support tray is located at the back of the Pixma MX330. This is where the printer takes the envelope to be printed. The output tray is located at the front, near the bottom of the printer. This is where the freshly printed envelope comes out.
3. Place the envelope in the paper tray. The Pixma MX330 takes envelopes from the center of the paper tray. Make sure the address side is facing you. Slide the paper guides located at the end of each edge of the paper tray to either side of the envelope.
4. Push the 'Media Type' button on the printer settings. Select 'Envelope'. Select the envelope size, then go to 'Orientation' and select 'Landscape.'
5. Open a word processing software program.
6. Choose the appropriate envelope settings depending on your software program. If you are using Microsoft Word, open Word. Click on 'Tools', then 'Letters and Mailings.' Continue to click on 'Envelopes and Labels.' Go to 'Page Setup' located under 'File' to select your envelope size.If you are using Apple iWork, open Pages. Select an envelope from the templates. Go to 'Page Setup' located under 'File' to select your envelope size.
7. Type in your return and destination addresses.
8. Print your envelope. To do this, go to 'File' and select 'Print.' This will open a new window in both Windows and Mac. Choose the Pixma MX330 under 'Printers.' Click 'Print.'
