1. Press the 'Power' button on the right-side of the control panel of the printer.
2. Remove the power cable from the rear of the printer if the printer is unresponsive when the power button is pressed.
3. Wait approximately 10 seconds and plug in the power cable, or press the power button to power up the printer if it was able to be turned off. Once the printer turns on, the soft reset will be complete.
