How to Install a Ricoh Scanner Driver

1. Connect the Ricoh scanner to your computer. More than likely this is through a provided USB cable. The USB cable inserts into the USB port on the scanner, then plugs into a USB port on the computer.
2. Insert the driver installation CD into your computer. This CD is provided with the Ricoh scanner upon purchase. In a moment, the driver installation wizard loads.
3. Click 'Accept' to the license agreement. You can not install the drivers without accepting the license agreement.
4. Choose 'Next' for both the installation name and location. This leaves the settings as default. If you change the settings, your computer may actually have issues detecting the drivers.
5. Click 'Install' and the Ricoh scanner drivers install onto the computer. Once the installation is complete, you can begin using the provided Ricoh scanner.
