1. Insert the transparency paper into your paper tray located on your printer. Make sure that your printer is turned on and all cables are securely connected.
2. Select 'File,' followed by 'Print' on the toolbar along the top of your screen. Depending on the software that you are using, what you do next may vary from one manufacturer to another.
3. Click on the correct printer from the drop-down box towards the middle of the screen and stop to double check your settings. Before you confirm your selection, decide how you want the layout of your page to appear.
4. By changing the 'Paper Layout,' 'Setup,' 'Print Quality' or 'Device Settings' you can specifically print exactly what you would like.
5. Confirm your choice by pressing 'OK.' In order to see beforehand what your page will look like when printed, go back to your original document. Press 'File' followed by 'Print Preview.' If you are satisfied with the new layout, proceed to the final step.
6. Select 'File' and 'Print' one last time and select 'OK.' Wait for your final product to print and you are all done.
