1. Click on 'Start' and select 'Run' if you use XP, or click on the search box if you use Vista or Windows 7.
2. Type 'cmd' and press 'Enter' to open the command prompt.
3. Type 'netstat -r' and press 'Enter' to see a list of all network routes on your local computer network.
4. Look for the name of your network printer in the list of network routes. The IP address of the printer is displayed next to its name.
