1. Press the 'Power' button to turn off the Officejet Pro CB092A.
2. Unplug the power cord from the device.
3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
5. Connect the power cord to the Officejet.
6. Press the 'Power' button to turn on the printer.
