1. Use Epsom salts for a sunburn. Add 2 c. Epsom salts to a bathtub of cool or warm water, depending on your preference. Relieve the sunburn pain by soaking in the tub.
2. Add 1/4 c. of Epsom salts per 1 qt. of cool or warm water in a bucket or large bowl. Use this solution to soak a first-degree burn from a stove, cooking pan, iron, or other hot item.
3. Repeat this process as often as you want for pain relief.
