1. Look at the printer's display, if it has one. Press the 'Network' or 'Connections' button on the printer to see the TCP/IP address. This button is sometimes labeled differently depending on the printer's model.
2. Click 'Start' on a computer connected to the printer network if you can't find the address via the printer's display. Click 'Devices and Printers.'
3. Right-click the printer's name, under 'Printers and Faxes.' Click 'Printer Properties.'
4. Click on the 'Ports' tab. The TCP/IP address of the networked printer is displayed.
