1. Click the 'Start' menu, then select 'Printers and Faxes.' In the 'Printers and Faxes' dialog box, right-click on the Zebra Z4M Plus printer. Click 'Properties' from the menu.
2. Click the 'General' tab in the 'Zebra Z4M Plus' dialog box and click the 'Printing Preferences' box at the bottom.
3. Click 'Page Setup' in the 'Printing Preferences' dialog box. Click 'New.'
4. Fill in a name for the label and select its width, height and exposed liner widths for both left and right. Click 'OK.' Click the radio button next to 'Landscape' for the label orientation.
5. Click the 'Stock' tab in the 'Printing Preferences' dialog box. Click the drop-down menus next to Mode, Pause and Backfeed and make your preferences. Click 'Apply' to close the dialog box.
6. Click 'OK' in the 'Zebra Z4M Plus' dialog box and close the Printers and Faxes dialog box.
Set Label Alignment
1. Log in to iVisitor within Internet Explorer with your administrator login and password. On the login page, click the 'Check In' box.
2. Click 'File' then 'Page Setup' to open the dialog box. Select the paper size from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose the label orientation and the left, right, top and bottom margins. These should be the same as the printer settings. Click 'OK.'
4. Press the 'Setup/Exit' button on the Zebra Z4M Plus printer twice. Press the '-' button and then press the 'Setup/Exit' button again. The default settings are loaded.
5. Click 'File' and 'Print' to print the label.
