1. Open the image in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
2. Go to the Image menu, then select the 'Image Size' option. This brings up a dialogue box with information on the image size.
3. On the dialogue box, you will see a number for the resolution of the image. Changing this without making additional preparations will change the size of your finished image and is not recommended. Deselect the checkbox marked 'Resample Image' to avoid this.
4. In the 'Resolution' box, enter your desired resolution, then click 'OK' to complete the process. This changes the resolution.
