How to Transfer Printer Queue to Another Printer

1. Click 'Start' and select 'Devices and Printers.'
2. Right-click the printer with the queue containing the documents you want to transfer to another computer and select 'Printer Properties.'
3. Click the 'Ports' tab at the top of the Printer Properties window.
4. Select the port the other printer is connected to by clicking it in the Ports pane. If you want to transfer the queue to a networked printer, click 'Add Port,' select 'Local Port,' click the 'New Port' button, type the path to the shared printer in the form '\server_name\share_name' and click 'OK.'
5. Click 'OK' to transfer the print jobs to the other printer.
