How to Adjust to Print on Thick Paper With an HP 2605

1. Open the document you want to print on thick paper. It can be anything from a word processed document to a picture.
2. Click the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen. Select 'Devices and Printers' from the menu.
3. Right click the HP 2605 from the menu and select 'Printing Preferences.'
4. Select the 'Paper/Quality' tab from the menu.
5. Select 'Cardstock' then 'OK.'
6. Load your thick paper into the printer tray. The HP 2605 can handle a stack of thick paper up to an inch in total thickness. If you load the paper in tray 1, the print side of the paper must be face down; in tray 2 or 3 it must be face up.
7. Click 'OK' in the print dialog box on your computer. The document will begin printing.
