How to Make Your Printer Only Print With Black Ink

1. Click the 'Start' menu.
2. Type 'printers' in the search box and press the 'Enter' key.
3. Right-click the printer of choice and click 'Printing Preferences.'
4. Click the 'Main' tab from the Printing Preferences window.
5. Check the box next to 'Grayscale Printing.'
6. Click the 'Apply' button and the 'OK' button to save your changes. The next time you print a document, it will only print using black ink.
