How to Scan Into a Word Document With a Brother DCP

1. Click 'Start,' then 'All Programs,' then 'Microsoft Office,' then 'Clip Organizer.'
2. Turn on your scanner, and place the object you want to scan into the scanner.
3. Click 'File,' then 'Add Clips to Organizer,' then 'From Scanner or Camera.' Click the 'Device' drop-down menu and select your scanner. Click 'Insert' and a scan will be made of your document or image.
4. Open Microsoft Word and then open the document you wish to insert the scanned object into.
5. Click 'Insert,' then click 'Illustrations,' then click 'From Clip Organizer.' Locate your scan you just made and click it to insert it into the document.
