How to Use 4x6 Photo Paper With Picasa (8 Steps)

1. Click 'Start' and 'All Programs.' Click the 'Picasa' folder and then click 'Picasa' to open the application.
2. Locate the image that you want to print. Use the search box at the top of the Picasa window or browse through the folders displayed in the left pane.
3. Click on an image to select it. To select two or more images for printing, hold down the 'Shift' key while you click on the additional images.
4. Click 'File' and then 'Print.' Under 'Print Layout,' select the '4 x 6' image layout if you are printing on 4-by-6 photo paper.
5. Click the '+' button under 'Copies per Photo' to print more than one copy of the photo.
6. Load your photo paper into the printer's paper tray and turn on the printer if it isn't already powered up.
7. Check the computer connection by clicking the 'Printer' icon in the system tray. The printer status will be displayed. Check the computer cable on the printer and connect the cable securely if it is loose.
8. Click the 'Print' button. The image prints on the 4-by-6 photo paper.
