1. Click the 'Control Panel' button located on the Windows 'Start Menu.'
2. Double-click the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon in the 'Control Panel' window. This will create a window which will scan all installed software and present it to you in a list. This list may take a few minutes to populate, depending on your computer's speed and the number of installed programs.
3. Scroll down the program list and locate your printer drivers. These will have your printer's manufacturer name and model number in them. For example, 'Lexmark 640 Driver.'
4. Left click the driver entry once and then click the 'Uninstall/Change' button that appears to the right on the driver listing.
5. Follow the on-screen directions provided by your driver manufacturer as they are presented to you after pressing the 'Uninstall/change' button to remove the drivers.
6. Reboot your computer for the system changes to take effect.
