1. Press the 'Menu' button on the printer control panel.
2. Press the 'Down' or 'Up' arrow button until the main menu option you want is displayed.
3. Press the 'Down' or 'Up' arrow button until the sub-menu option for the chip you want to reset is displayed.
4. Press the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons together to perform the reset.
5. Press 'OK' after the factory defaults appear on the display.
