How to Blow Up a Photo ID Before Faxing (6 Steps)

1. Locate a copier to make a copy of the photo ID. Put the photo ID face down on the glass of the photocopier and close the top cover.
2. Press the 'Enlarge' or 'Resize' button on the copier and choose the option to make the image larger than 100 percent. The higher the percentage you choose, the larger the copy of the image will become. Selecting 200 percent will double the image, 300 percent will triple the image, and so on.
3. Press 'Copy' or 'Start' to make the copy. Check the image to verify the size and for clarity. If the image is not legible, adjust the size and copy the image again.
4. Take the selected image of the photo ID from the photocopier and go to the fax machine.
5. Locate the number of the recipient wanting to receive the fax. Place the copy of the photo ID face down on the document feeder of the fax machine.
6. Dial the recipient's fax number and press 'Send.' The fax machine will transmit the enlarged copy of your photo ID to the designated recipient.
