1. Log on to Canon's website at canon.com and browse to the 'Environmental Programs' link on the left side bar menu. Then click 'Environment.' You will be taken to the 'Canon Cartridge Return Program' Web page.
2. Register at the site if you have not already done so. Click 'Register' and then give your personal information including name, address and email, along with your contact information. Then log in to the site.
3. Look under the printer or along the side for the product's serial number. You must have this to participate in the program.
4. Enter the appropriate information into the website after you log in. This includes the printer serial number and your address. Choose the mail service you wish to use (UPS or US Mail). Then click 'Finished' when you are done. A label will be generated for you by the website. Print this label.
5. Package your inks in an appropriately sized box. Attach the label and send it to Canon. The address will be printed on your label.
