How to Recycle Ricoh Cartridges

1. Place the empty toner cartridge in a heavy duty plastic bag. Place the bag in the replacement cartridge box or a cardboard box large enough to accommodate the toner cartridge. If you don’t have the replacement cartridge box or a cardboard box, or don't want to mail in your empty cartridge, complete the steps in the “Dropping Off the Empty Cartridge at a Ricoh Sales Office' section.
2. Seal the box with shipping tape. Place the Toner Cartridge Return Program pre-addressed shipping label on the cartridge/cardboard box. The pre-addressed shipping label is postage paid.If you don’t have a pre-addressed shipping label, write on a blank shipping label the following address:Ricoh Recycling

3. Take the box to your area post office or mailing center for mailing.
Dropping Off the Empty Cartridge at a Ricoh Sales Office
1. Open your computer’s Internet browser.
2. Click the “Toner Cartridge Return Program” link in the Resources section to access the Ricoh “Resource Conservation and Recycling” website.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your ZIP code into the box under the heading “Enter Zip Code and Search Radius:.” Click the down arrow next to “5 Miles” to select a greater search distance from your ZIP Code.
4. Click “Go.” The search results will appear under the heading “Locations within XXXX miles of XXXX” with “XXXXs” representing the mileage radius and your Zip Code. Click the “MapQuest Directions” link to receive a printable map to the Ricoh sales office.If the search results return “0” Ricoh sales offices in your area, complete the steps in the “Boxing the Empty Toner Cartridge” and send the box to the address in step 2.
5. Click “Print” then “Print Page as Shown” to print the map on your computer’s printer. Place the empty toner cartridge in a heavy duty plastic bag and take it to the Ricoh sales office.
