How to Repair Canon I80 Print Heads

1. Turn your Canon I80 printer on and insert blank white paper into the paper tray.
2. Press and hold the 'Resume/Cancel' button on the printer, hold until you see the 'Power' light blink. Wait a moment for the printer to start its head cleaning process.
3. Press and hold the 'Resume/Cancel' button again until the 'Power' light blinks twice and the printer begins to print a test page.
4. Inspect the page, and look for consistent printing across the print head. If there are parts of the page that are not printed to your satisfaction, perform a 'Deep Clean.'
5. Click the 'Start' button on your computer and select 'Devices and Printers' from the menu. Right-click the icon for the Canon I80. Select 'Maintenance' from the new menu and choose 'Deep clean' from the options. Click 'OK' and the printer will perform a more thorough cleaning cycle.
