How to Troubleshoot HP Officejet Pro L7590

1. Clear a paper jam from your HP Officejet Pro L7590 printer if the dislodged paper prevents you from printing documents. Remove all of the paper from your printer's paper tray and power off the device. Open the rear access door of the printer and pull out the dislodged paper using your hands. Replace the door and power your printer back on.
2. Disconnect all of the HP Officejet Pro L7590's cables if you receive an error message that states 'A non-recoverable error has occurred.' Wait about 30 seconds and plug the cables back in. During this time your printer will reset itself and the error message should disappear.
3. Clean your HP Officejet Pro L7590's print heads if your documents are being partially printed. Press the 'Setup' button on the front panel of your printer. Scroll down and click on the 'Tools' tab and press the 'Clean Printhead' option. Wait as the printer automatically cleans its print heads. Reprint your document once the process completes.
