1. Turn on the printer and computer.
2. Insert the printer's USB cord into the computer's USB port.
3. Open the printer using the icon on the computer's desktop.
4. Click on 'Jobs' at the top of the printer application screen.
5. Click 'Show Completed Jobs' from the drop-down menu. This will list all the completed and canceled jobs from your printer.
