How to Remove the HP Printer Using Regedit

1. Click 'Start,' type 'regedit' into the search field and press 'Enter.' The Registry Editor opens.
2. Click on the following registry key in the left pane of the Registry Editor. Once you click the registry key, a list of printers will appear underneath the registry key. HKEY_CURRENT_USER -- Printers -- Connections
3. Right-click the HP printer you want to remove and select 'Delete.'
4. Click on the following registry key in the left pane of the Registry Editor. Once you click the registry key, a list of folders will appear underneath the registry key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -- SYSTEM -- CurrentControlSet -- Control -- Print -- Providers -- LanMan Print Services -- Servers -- Printers
5. Click the 'Servers' folder and then click the print server folder that hosts the printer you want to delete. A list of printers will appear under the print server folder.
6. Right-click the HP printer you want to delete and select 'Delete.'
7. Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
