1. Click the 'Start' menu on your computer, and then select 'Control Panel' from the right side of the menu bar.
2. Double-click 'Programs and Features' or 'Programs,' depending on the Control Panel layout you have configured.
3. Select 'Turn Windows Features On or Off' on the left pane of the window, then supply your administrator credentials when prompted.
4. Remove the selection mark next to 'Internet Information Services' by unchecking it, then click 'OK.'
