How to Unclog Print Heads on an Epson CX3810 and CX6400

1. Turn on your Epson printer by pressing the 'Power' button.
2. Right-click the 'Printer' icon in the taskbar on the bottom right side of your computer's screen. If the icon does not appear, click on the Windows 'Start' menu and select 'Printers and Faxes' under 'Control Panel.' Click on the Epson printer you own and select 'Printing Preferences.'
3. Select the 'Maintenance' tab. Click 'Head Cleaning.'
4. Click 'Start' in the 'Head Cleaning' dialog box.
5. Load plain paper into the printer when the 'On' light stops flashing, which indicates the cleaning cycle is complete.
6. Select 'Print Nozzle Check Pattern' and then click 'Print.'
7. Examine the test sheet. If your print heads are clean, the lines should all print without any gaps.
8. Perform another cleaning cycle by repeating the above steps if the initial print nozzle test does not produce satisfactory results.
9. Click 'Finish' once the test sheet prints with no gaps and you are satisfied with the print quality.
