How to Connect an HP 2575 to a Network

1. Connect the HP 2575 to a computer on your network.
2. Turn the printer on.
3. Click 'Start' and 'Control Panel.' Click 'Homegroup' if it is listed in the main Control Panel window. Otherwise type 'homegroup' into the search box and click the listing that appears. Check the box next to 'Printers' and hit the 'Save Changes' button. You must perform this step on the computer the HP 2575 is attached to.
4. Go to another computer on your network. Click 'Start' and 'Control Panel.' Type in 'homegroup' on the search box once again and click the entry. Choose 'Install Printer.' You may need to click 'Install Driver' when prompted, if you need to install a driver before using the printer. You can now access the shared printer at any time on this network computer. Repeat this process on any other networked computers.
