How to Connect an HP Printer to My Mac

1. Connect the HP printer to your Mac using the included USB cable. Plug the printer into the wall outlet and turn it on.
2. Go to the “File” menu of any application and select “Print.”
3. Select “Add Printer” from the “Printer” drop-down menu.
4. Click on the HP printer in the list of printers. Press the “Add” button to add the printer to your list of available printers.
