1. Turn off the power to your IP4300. Hold down the “Resume” button, then press and hold the “Power” button. Release the “Resume” button. Press and release the “Resume” button twice then release the “Power” button. This should enter maintenance mode.
2. Press and release “Resume” three consecutive times. Press “Power” to reset the system.
3. Press and release “Resume” twice. Press “Power” to print a system test page. Make sure all of the settings are valued at zero to show that the system was reset.
