1. Open your browser and download the latest stable version of Peer Guardian from the sourceforge.net website. Save the file to your desktop.
2. Double-click the downloaded file to open it on your computer.
3. Click 'Next' twice, then modify the installation path in the 'Destination Location' dialog. Click 'Next' again.
4. Enter a label for Peer Guardian on the Start menu, then click 'Next' twice.
5. Click 'Install' to start Peer Guardian.
6. Open the 'Start' menu and type 'peer.' Right-click 'Peer Guardian' from the list of applications and click 'Run as administrator.' Grant it administrative permissions if requested.
7. Open the Start menu and type 'torrent.' Click 'uTorrent' from the list of applications. Peer Guardian will automatically filter uTorrent connections as it controls all connections from your computer.
