How to Replace the Paper in a Brother Laser Printer

1. Wait for the current print job to finish. You do not want to add paper to the printer while it is still printing, otherwise you may disrupt the current print job or possibly cause an error in the print.
2. Pull out the bottom two trays of the printer. The largest compartment at the top of the printer houses the ink, while the lower two trays hold the paper. The top tray holds the primary paper, and the lowest tray holds the reserve.
3. Lie the paper flat down into the paper tray. Do not fill the paper to the brim, otherwise you might cause a paper jam. It is always best to go with slightly less than slightly more.
4. Fill the bottom tray up with the standard-sized printer paper, then close both trays once you have finished. You are now locked and loaded, and ready for the next print order to come through.
