How to Clear the Buffer on an Epson TM

1. Click 'Start,' then type 'services.msc' into the search box. Press the 'Enter' key. Wait for the 'Services' window to open.
2. Scroll to the 'Print Spooler' option. Right-click the 'Print Spooler' value, then click 'Stop' when the pop-up menu appears. Wait for Windows to stop the service. Do not close the 'Services' window.
3. Click 'Start' and then 'Computer.' Browse to the 'C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS' folder.
4. Highlight all of the files in the 'C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS' folder, then press the 'Del' or 'Delete' key on the keyboard.
5. Switch back to the 'Services' window. Right-click the 'Print Spooler' service, then click 'Start' on the pop-up menu. Close the 'Services' window.
6. Resend the print jobs to the Epson TM-U200B printer. Avoid buffer-overflow errors in the future by waiting a few seconds before sending subsequent print jobs to the printer.
