Epson Ink Cartridge 69 Refill Instructions (7 Steps)

1. Place a strip of tape over the outlet hole on the bottom of the cartridge.
2. Drill a hole in the center of the circle that contains the word 'Push' on the top of the cartridge.
3. Insert the cartridge into the vise with the refill hole facing up. Tighten the vise enough to hold the cartridge steady.
4. Fill a syringe with 12 mL of the appropriate color of refill ink.
5. Insert the needle of the syringe into the refill hole. Pull the plunger of the syringe up and release. The ink flows into the cartridge through negative pressure.
6. Place a small drop of hot glue over the refill hole. Tamp the glue down to create a flat, clean seal.
7. Remove the tape from the outlet hole on the bottom of the cartridge.
