5. Access the printer software through your computer. If no printer software came with your HP wireless printer, use HP Internet Printer Connection software to establish a wireless connection. Find the software online at the Hewlett-Packard site.
6. Find and click the option to establish a wireless connection. Follow on-screen prompts to complete the process. It might be necessary to connect your HP wireless printer to the Internet via USB to establish the initial link. When prompted, unplug this hard line to complete the wireless setup.
