How to Connect With Network HP 2600N (10 Steps)

1. Place the printer near the router that controls your home or office network.
2. Plug in the power cable to the back of the printer and connect the opposite end to an open AC electrical outlet.
3. Connect an Ethernet cable to the network port on the back of the printer, and connect the other end to an open port on the router.
4. Press the 'Power' button to turn on the printer. Turn on any computer that connects to the same network to which the printer connects.
5. Click 'Start' and select 'Devices and Printers' for each computer on the network that you want to use the printer.
6. Click on the 'Add a Printer' button. The 'Add Printer Wizard' will appear.
7. Click the 'Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth Printer' option and click on the 'Next' button at the bottom of the window to continue. Wait for the list of available printers to appear.
8. Click on the printer labeled 'HP LaserJet 2600n' in the list to select it and click 'Next.'
9. Click 'Yes' in the next screen to install the drivers for the printer. Click 'Finish' on the final screen to complete the process.
10. Complete the 'Add Printer Wizard' and install the drivers on any printer on the network that you want to access the printer.
