How to Find Estimated Ink Level in Printer

1. For Canon printers you can find the ink level in the Printer properties. Click 'Start -> Control Panel' and select 'Devices and Printers' to access your Canon printer settings.
2. Right click the Canon printer icon in the 'Devices and Printers' window and select the 'Properties' option. This will open the properties and settings window for your printer.
3. Navigate to the 'Maintenance' tab in the Properties dialog and click 'View Printer Status' to open the printer status window.
4. The printer status window displays the estimated ink level in the printer. It also displays the ink level for various colors separately. Once done click 'OK' to close the window.
1. For Epson printers it is much simpler to find the estimated ink levels remaining in the printer. The printer icon in the system tray can be used for this process.
2. Double click the printer icon in the right bottom of the desktop. Navigate to the 'Maintenance' tab and click the 'Status Monitor' button.
3. A printer status window pops up indicating the estimated ink levels remaining in the printer. Click 'OK' button after you have checked the ink levels.
1. For HP printers the estimated ink levels can be found by double clicking the printer icon in the system tray which is similar to Epson printers.
2. Select 'Settings' in the printer window that appears and click 'Printer Settings.'
3. Select 'Printer Toolbox' option and click the 'Estimated Ink Levels' tab to find the remaining ink levels in your HP printer.
