How do I Print Labels With a Canon MX310?

1. Open a word processing program that allows you to print labels, like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works Word Processing or OpenOffice Writer.
2. Design the label. Many programs allow you to use a template based on the size of the desired label. This will ensure that labels print correctly. Label printing paper states the label size along the label's edge or on the box so you can choose the correct template.
3. Place the label printing paper into the Canon MX310 paper tray. Place only as many label sheets as you will need so that you don't accidentally print other documents on the label printing paper.
4. Select 'Print' from the file menu. Check that the printer is set up for the Canon MX310. If not, select the correct printer. Press 'OK' to print the labels.
