How to Soak in Epson Salts

1. Draw a warm bath in your bathtub. Epsom salts are absorbed through the skin, so soaking in a warm, salted bath can give you great health benefits.
2. Pour 2 cups of Epsom salt underneath the running faucet. They can be easily obtained in most drug stores or grocery stores.
3. Soak in the Epsom salt bath for at least 12 minutes. Take a bath in Epsom salts three times weekly to improve circulatory health, nerve function, oxygen use, absorption of nutrients, formation of joint proteins, and usage of insulin. Epsom salt baths can also flush toxins from the body, relieve stress, and reduce inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps.
