1. Press the 'Menu' button on the printer's control panel.
2. Press the down arrow, and highlight 'Configure Device.' Press the button that looks like a check mark.
3. Press the down arrow, and select 'Resets.' Press the check mark button.
4. Press the down arrow, and select 'Restore Factory Settings.' Press the check mark button.
