How to Remove the Toner Cartridge From an HP DeskJet F2480

1. Turn the printer on, and lower the paper tray. Pull out the paper tray extension, and load the tray with plain paper.
2. Open the front access door of the F2480, and wait for the print cartridges to move to the center. Press down lightly on the cartridge to remove it.
3. Remove the replacement print cartridge from the box, and take off the protective tape. Hold the cartridge with the metal side facing down, and insert it into the color-coded slot. Push down until the cartridge is firmly seated.
4. Close the front access door, and open the top lid of the F2480. Place the alignment page face down on the scanner glass, and close the top lid.
5. Press 'Start Copy Color' to begin the alignment process. Wait for the alignment process to complete.
