How to Reset an HP C5180 Printer (3 Steps)

1. Pull the power cord from the back of the HP C5180 printer. Do not turn the printer off before removing the power cord.
2. Hold down the 'OK' and the 'Help' keys at the same time. Plug the power cord back into the C5180 printer.
3. Wait for the screen to go blank. The printer is now reset.
