How Do I Print Envelopes on HP Printer Officejet Pro?

1. Load a standard (business) size envelope into the bottom of your HP All-in-One, where the envelope icon is. Make sure to load it with the flap side up. If you are printing multiple envelopes, you can load as many as the paper tray will handle.
2. Slide the bar in the paper tray so it is right next to the envelopes. This will put the printer in 'envelope mode' and no paper from the paper tray will be fed during the printing process.
3. Open your word processor of choice and put it in 'envelope' mode. If you are using Microsoft Word 2007, this can be done by going to 'Mailings' and then selecting 'Envelopes.' Once you have entered your text, press the 'Print' button at the bottom of the page.
4. Wait for the printed envelope to come out of the top of the printer. Depending on the paper type, the ink may take a few seconds to dry, so be careful handling envelopes immediately after printing.
