How to Build a Colonic Irrigation System (4 Steps)

1. Pour half a cup of warm tap water into the empty enema bottle.
2. Squeeze two drops of liquid hand soap into the enema bottle.
3. Add 1/2 tsp. of Epson salt to the mixture.
4. Secure the top of the enema bottle. Covering the hole on the top of the bottle with your finger, vigorously shake the bottle with your hand to mix the solution. It is now ready for use.
