1. Click the Windows 'Start' menu and click 'Control Panel.'
2. Click 'System and Security' and choose 'Administrative Tools.'
3. Double-click on the 'Services' shortcut icon, which will open a list of all computer services.
4. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the window to find the 'Print Spooler' controls.
5. Right-click 'Print Spooler' and click 'Start.' You should now be able to print documents again.
