1. Turn on the HP OfficeJet J6400 printer and insert the installation CD in the computer's disk drive.
2. Choose 'Install' from the CD menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Select 'Wireless' when asked for the connection type and press 'Next' to continue the installation.
4. Enter the network's SSID name and passkey when prompted to do so. This information is available from the network administrator or may be printed on the network router. Press 'Next' to continue the installation.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process. The J6400 is now configured for wireless use over the network.
