How to Put the HP Officejet 4300 Series Printer Online

1. Open the 'Start' menu and then click 'Devices and Printers.'
2. Double-click the HP Officejet 4300 icon.
3. Select 'Printer: Offline' from within the HP Officejet 4300 window to open the print queue.
4. Click 'Printer' from within the 'Print' queue window and then click 'Use Printer Offline' to remove the check mark and bring the printer online.
